Huberman Lab has a fantastic podcast on attending to fitness for life

Dr. Andrew Huberman is a neuroscientist and professor at Stanford. His podcasts are an absolute favorite form of learning and exploring information about health and well-being from a dynamic and brilliant teacher. I listen to these on long drives, when walking my dogs, and when lifting weights!! (that is right, keeps me busy in my mind while I make myself pump iron). He provides a huge range of scientific information in a clear and understandable way--you will love it.
